Coastline Residences showflat is not located on actual site due to construction. It is located near to City Square Mall at Farrer Park. For potential buyers who intend to take public transport to the showflat, please alight at Farrer Park MRT Station (NE8) along the North-East line and exit towards City Square Mall. It will take approximately less than 5 minutes’ walk from the control station to reach our showroom.

For potential buyers who are driving to Coastline Residences showroom using your private transportation, please travel along either Serangoon Road or Jalan Besar and turn into Kitchener Link. The nearest expressway to reach our showroom is either via Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) or Central Expressway (CTE). Please note that there are limited private parking lots at our showflat and is based on first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note that occasionally, Coastline Residences Showflat will be closed for either routine maintenance or private event function hosted by the developer, therefore all interested parties are advised to make an appointment in advance before heading down to avoid any unnecessary disappointment.

There are also limited parking lots at Coastline Residences Showroom. Therefore visitors are strongly advised to source for alternate parking if the car park is full. The nearest parking area is City Square Mall. We seek your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
